1. Go to PDF Maker Dashboard and click on settings on the left navbar.
2. In Settings go to Pipedrive Integration and Connect your Pipedrive acoount.
3. Click on Allow and Install
4. Select Pipedrive as your Data Source.
5. You can select between Deals or persons Object types.
6. Here you can select the Deal.
7. In the editor, you can edit the template.
8. If you can't find the field you're looking for in the list, simply click on Settings Icon in Pipedrive Fields to manage and customize your fields.
9. Here you can select or deselect the fields according to your document needs.
10. Select the field you want.
11. You can format your document the way you like using Google Docs tools I have formatted this way.
12. To preview the pdf, you can select the eye icon on the top right corner of the window.

15. Now, navigate to your Pipedrive Dashboard and open any deal or contact. You’ll find the Panel on the details view for PDF Maker.
16. Now a modal will open. (Optional) Here, you can enter the name for your final PDF. This name will be prioritized, but keep in mind: it will only take effect if the 'Custom PDF Name' option was enabled during the PDF configuration process.
17. Click on Generate PDF
18. This popup would appear means the pdf generation is in process and please wait and then refresh the panel.
19. Here you can see the pdf is generated for this particular deal.
20. Click on Run History.
21. You can also find your PDF here and download it directly from this location.
