This step generates the PDF using your selected template.

- Click + Add Action
- Select Send Email (or any action where you want to use the PDF link)

- Inside the email/message editor
- Click the Custom Values (tag icon) button

- Scroll and select : THE PDF Maker

- Choose your action : #2 Generate PDF For Contact
Note: The number (#2) depends on your workflow order

- Click : Generated PDF Link
This is the actual link to the generated document.

The system will insert a dynamic value like:
{{contact_generate_pdf.2.pdfLink}}
You can now use it in your message:
Hi {{contact.name}}, Your document is ready: {{contact_generate_pdf.2.pdfLink}}
